I'm not certain if this is the place to post this but I need help/

I am having trouble with opening up my WPWin7,Its Corel , Office7 , WPWin 7..

First of all it can;t find a SHWIN.DLL and secondly
missing is a G170.DLL

I have contacted Corel but all they do is send me advertising about getting their latest version of WPWin.
I have had this one for a long time and it has worked for 8 years, why does it all of a sudden not work?
They sure are happy to see us purchase software but what's up with the not supporting it, when support is required.
They've done the same with the Paint Shop Pro's since they bought out Jasc software and amalgamated it with their own product.
They've released newer versions, we can't find any support for the other versions that we bought before they bought Jasc out and when asking for support , we only get send advertisement to buy their More Expensive programs and there is no mention of the old programs.

I need some answers, when you get used to using something and all of a sudden for some stupid reason such as monetary gain, we don;t get the help we need.

Peeved off in Ontario
and sure would like to hear from anyone
that has has the same problem and if so
how did you fix it.
