Copying DVD Movies (non Protected) To My hard Drive

Aug 23, 2007 1:44AM PDT

On A Media Center HP PC I want to copy a DVD Movie to my Hard Drive and Later either view it or put it back on A DVD.
I tried drag and drop but when I put it on a Dvd My DVD Players do not accept it.When I try NERO I get an error message the file is not DVD compliant Type.
Can anyone help?
Thank You

DVD rippers...

Drag-and-drop and copy-and-paste usually fail here because the needed files are hidden from view. Nero's disc-copy feature should be able to handle duplicates, but you'll likely need to select a DVD ripper to copy the videos to your hard drive for later viewing.

Hope this helps,
John
