copy updated files to CD

I am trying to find a way to copy the updates to my files onto CD. I have a backup CD that I want to update with my files and pictures.
Anyone know a way that I can do this?

Type CDR FAQ into google.com to find the FAQ. I will not duplicate the CDR FAQ content here.

I use http://www.cdburnerxp.se/ to erase my CDRW and record an updated set of files. Since it's my backup, I have some 6 CDRWs that I rotate though so I can go back a few weeks.
