Copy files and move the copies to the root directory

I have a bunch of files nested in folders. I want to make a copy of them all and put all the copies in the drive's root directory. Does anyone know of a utility to do that?

If you know how to use the built in Windows Explorer, it shouldn't take but a few minutes effort.
