so whenever i play a game my i suppose gpu cooler start making noise (spinning) for about 2 seconds and then turns off again 5 minutes later it does this again can someone tell me if this is normal or what to do to fix it

its only 2 months old it runs windows 10
specs: radeon r7 370, intel i5 6500,Z170 PRO GAMING,
