Cooler Master Storm Sentinel problems

Jan 30, 2010 8:36AM PST

Hi!

Recently I purchased a cooler master storm sentinel (puh) gaming mouse.
It allways starts nice, works properly and all that **** but after about an hour of use the mouse kinda "lags" over the screen. But its only horizontally (x-axe). Vertically (y) it works just fine. Seems like the mouse sort of makes its own cells or blocks allong the screen that it gets stucked in Sad I dont know what to do. Have tried two different computers, both the same.

Any help?

Sounds like it's warranty time

Sounds like it's warranty time to me. If you've duplicated the same results across multiple systems, that points pretty strongly back to the device being defective. Take it back and get a new one. If it's out of the return period for the store, call up the manufacturer and get them to send you a new one.

Thanks for answer Wink

Yeah, I think I'll do that. The mouse is as good as new, got it at monday and the problem started after only a few hours of use the same day.
