Let me mention three possibilities:
- deleting from Cookies folder (using Windows Explorer)
- deleting from Temporary Internet Files (using Windows Explorer)
- Tools>Delete Browsing history in IE or Control Panel>Internet options

If you try using these 3 methods, what exactly happens?

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
