Converting wored to wireless internet...pls see details

I will be going for a summer program and will be living in the college dorm in Nebraska that has a wired internet connection (i think through a wall jack using a cable). Is there any way i can convert wired to wireless connection to use with my wireless devices (phone and ipod touch). I DO NOT have a laptop.

Yes. Just install a wireless router.

Connect an ethernet cable from the wall jack to the router, set it up as per the included instructions, and connect using your wireless devices. Just remember to review the security settings, change the default password, etc. for your own protection.

Same, same. . .

Just get a "wireless router". It'll have both wired (for setup) and wireless capability.
