Question

Converting .VOB files to MP4 files

Looking for recommendations for software that can convert .VOB files to MP files. Looks like there are a lot of options out there but was hoping for a recommendation from someone who has used any of them. Thanks!

Clarification Request
I have yet to see MP files.

You may have forgot a number or letter(s.)

My go to convertors are Handbrake and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FFmpeg

While I do use these I don't offer one on one classes or tutorials. There is a lot on the web now about these and why do I use these? Free, seem to work just fine.

Editing note: Thanks Kees for pointing out the off topic link. Fixed it.
