"Adobe Professional" has nothing to do with it. If you mean Acrobat, it cannot do it. There are some shareware utilities that claim to do it but it entails losing all format. The easiest way is to copy the text (you can do it in free Reader) and paste into Word. You will lose the format but preserve the contents. Then you will need to edit the file removing paragraph marks, etc. I would also experiment with paste options in Word (in paste special) and choose the one with the closest fit to pdf.
Sorry if this has been asked before but I would like to convert a PDF file to Word on my Macbook. Is the only option paying for Adobe Professional? I tried using Automator on the Mac but the Word doc was just lines with numbers on it. Didn't work.
