Converting Movie Maker to a valid video file format

I am using Movie Maker (Microsoft Wmm) and trying to upload to Youtube and Yahoo Video. They don't recognize the format. How or what can I use to convert that format to one that will be ready by Youtube?

The WMM is the project file.

You want the WMV.
