Convert Wix Website to a Computer Program?

Hi,
My question is:
Is there any suggested FREE software that enables you to convert a website (a fairly complex one - I make mine on wix) to a simple Computer/Desktop Program?
I have had a look at Electron and it looks too complicated for me.
I have had a browse around the net and I can't seem to be able to find anything.

Any replies welcome!

The Electron framework, as I read it, doesn't do what you ask. It lets you make it from scratch.

I'm afraid the answer is not only 'no' when you ask for a free program, but also for a paid program.

you can redesign the full website in to another platform with responsive.

I think you should use Flash technology. Thus you can make *.exe file
