Convert Email database into Outlook Express distribution lis

I have created a table in Access of over 600 contact names, addresses, and Email addresses. How can I import the table directly into an Outlook Express distribution list? I don't have any problem with the conversion into the Outlook Express contacts folder, but Outlook will not let me copy the email addresses directly into a distribution list. I end up manually adding all of the names to the distribution list one at a time (very time consuming). It seems like there must be an easier way. Please help!! Thanks.
