Given only what is in your post, this one is a stumper.

I want to transfer my movies from my computer to my digital camera. I am using xilisoft which can change any format I want. But I can't seem to play it back on my camera. Any suggestions?

Most cameras can only play the exact type of movie file that the camera creates. Often this is unique to the camera.
Most cameras require that the movie file must have a particular file name format and be in a particular folder.
A PVP (portable video player) would be a better choice:

camera for recording. In my case, it used the normal firewire interface to control the camera, and transmit the data to be recorded. I suspect that this is the only option that works.
A caution. First, I don't know if this feature is in the studio (lite) version of Vegas. Second, although the camera could play the video and audio flawlessly, iMovie running on a Mac had trouble capturing it. I never did understand why.
I noticed when I record video using my camera it adds a index file (.THC), I guess it tells the camera where to put the video. By the way I have a sony dsct3. I was able to change my computer video to the exact properties of video recorded using my camera. But I think somehow I have to create a dummy THC file (index file). Please help. It would be nice to view movies on my digital camera, I already got it working on my cell phone
. Who ever can figure this one out is a genius.
