Is there a way or program to make an adobe file into a web page. We have a small local paper online but when people with older slower computers or slow internet conections click on the adobe file it locks up their computers

What you could do...

is use the splicing feature and then cut the pictures how you wan them (which will allow loading the page faster [individual pictures] whereas one huge picture. You can then save them as web pictures (it will save each cut picture automatically, so you then have a folder with many pictures) and arrange them on an HTML page like in the PSD.

The newspaper

The newspaper that I work for, allows the user to view the page as a jpg or a pdf. The jpg is 1080x1584 pixels Scaled 27%. It is somewhat slow, but you can actually see it loading, so you know it's coming.

Did you write it yourself. Or can it be downloaded from the web? Freeware? Shareware? Tell more.

I read your post that you have a small file that will convert pdf files to a web page. I would appreciate it if you could send it to my email address at mlbjohnson@hotmail.com.
