The only system I know of that unifies these is the Logitech Harmony Hub. There has been no industry move to bring it all together. Even ARC and CEC has been a horrible experience for many.
My answer is nope. Try out the Logitech Harmony Hub.
I have a Samsung UN65KS8000 and I have it hooked up to an LG Soundbar using an optical cable. I can use the Samsung Smart Remote to control volume when viewing DirecTv; however, when I am viewing Netflix or Amazon video using Samsung app & try to increase or decrease volume using Samsung remote, it switches the source back to DirecTv rather than changing the volume. Any help? Samsung chat support was no help.
