Hello.
I have a PC with a major problem.
When I start the PC, after the Windows Login appears, I can hear a buzzing sound coming from the inside the computer.
It's like from the GPU or PSU (or even Motherboard), somewhere between these two parts.
When the PC is in Idle or even when I play games I can hear a buzzing sound all the time. It started like 7 or 8 months ago but I didn't care about it.
The buzzing sound came after 1 week when I changed some of my PC parts. I changed the: CPU Cooler with be quiet! Pure Rock Slim, the case with Deepcool Tesseract BF Black, the HDD with Western Digital Blue 1 TB 7200rpm and the PSU (a 650W Spire, very cheap one).
A week ago I changed the PSU and GPU because I thought that will fix the problem. I purchased a Corsair VS650 (650W power supply) and a Inno3d Geforce GTX 1060 3GB. However, the problem still persist.
I saw some minutes ago that when I run Prime95 on: 'Blend (tests some of everything, lots of RAM tested)' ; 'Small FFTs (maximum heat, FPU stress, data fits in L2 cache, RAM not tested much)' and 'In-place large FFTs (maximum power consuption, some RAM tested)' the buzzing noise is gone.
I will leave you the PC details before I change the components 7 / 8 months ago and what I changed a week ago.

I want to mention that the CPU ; Motherboard ; Memory are more than 1.5 years old!
I recorded the buzzing / hissing sound coming from inside of the computer. If you need and I'm allowed, I can put on Youtube the audio so you can hear the sound.
I have all the drivers, BIOS updates and Windows Updates up to date.
Thank you!
