What you are experiencing is most likely something our tech support team can help you through. If you have not yet done so, please provide us details about what you are experiencing, by opening a support ticket at http://cnet.custhelp.com (use the "E-mail Support" tab).
Helpful information includes: e-mail addresses of the CNET accounts you have, the name and operating system of the computer whose results you cannot see, and any specific errors you encounter.

This has been going on for awhile. I get the TT notification which says scanned on "current date", click to go to my page and ALWAYS get "scan on March 28th, next scan March 29th. The TT notification says I have "n" number of updates, but the list is always longer. In addition, the list contains software that I have deleted from my system (using Revo uninstaller full scan). I have tried "scan now", same results. I have un-installed TT and re-installed it, no good. Same thing.
Operating system: Win 7 64 bit.
Browsers:IE, Chrome, Safari.
Please open a ticket for me. When the software worked, I liked it.
