We have to make an assumption this is a company issued laptop so for out of domain use your IT would install apps or filters that kick in when the machine is off the domain.
If this is not a company owned device, then you won't have such control.

Someone asked me if content filtering can be done in x amount of pc's even when they're outside of the specific domain where the cloud-based filtering solution is working.
Any ideas?
