After logging in you should find the "Help Center" link at the bottom of each page. If you then look under "FAQs & Customer Service" and click the "Contact Support" tab you'll end up there.
Good luck.

I have sent three messages using the so called support page since I got the email saying my account was up for renewal. I did not want to pay for another year and asked to have my produce deactivated. No response - nothing. My three messages are still sitting there as 'unresolved' but no indication that they have ever been read. Now today I finally got an email from them telling me my account has been renewed and my card has been charged!
I am not happy.

to our Forum Admin, and he will contact the Upload.com team.
Bear with us, you will get a response soon.

I have also sent several emails through the support center at upload.com asking them to deactivate an account that is up for renewal in Jan 2009. My first email was sent on Dec 19, 2008. I am yet to receive a response, and now I have been charged for another year. Not happy.
I tried leaving a messsage at the Cnet headquarters phone messaging number (listed on the main Cnet site) hoping someone will help, but nothing.

Hi Bonemeal.
Have a look at Lee's post just above, here;
http://forums.cnet.com/5208-12543_102-0.html?forumID=141&threadID=270267&messageID=2960494#2960494
Send him an email with the full details, and he will personally pass it on to the right people.
Good luck.

The forum admin was kind enough to forward my info. Still nothing from upload.com 'support' though.
I sure hope nothing bad has happend to those folks! Maybe someone should run over and make sure they are alright.
You can always try a charge back through the card company, but that shouldn't be necessary.
I also sent several messages to support over the past couple of month, but have not heard anything back. Have you had any luck? Just wondering if I would bother forward my support issue to the board admin as well. Thanks.
Yes I suggest you also contact Lee, the Forum Administrator, with full details. Then he can ensure that the Upload.com team receive it.
Good luck.

Why would they have years and years of this seemingly understaffed problem? I sit here amazed that so many people are having the same problem.. and for years it goes on with no improvement?
