Contact me

by j2569 / March 2, 2006 11:44 PM PST

Doreen, of Wirefly or Inphonics, could you please contact me. I also have a rebate claim. So far I haven't had much luck with your Customer Service by phone or the web.

Wirefly gives you names such as Dora, Doreen, Sherry, Mike, Rich etc...but guess what, every person I talk to has been Middle Eastern.

Seriously now

You really think by posting a message on CNET forums with the subject line ''Contact me'' that someone from wirefly will contact you? You think they are continuously watching and reading these forums so that they can help people like you? Give me a break! Obviously you read Doreen's messages (if it is a real person) and she posted her email, so why don't you contact her?
I can't believe some of these posts here. Sounds like some 10 or 12 year olds posting messages. Sheesh!

Hi vianneyk,
hh is right. Leaving messages on the CNET forum is not the most efficient way of contacting us Happy Fortunately someone else saw your posting and alerted me to it. Send me an email at ddennis(at)wirefly .com and let me know what issue you're having. Either I or someone else from my office will call you to explain.

Contacting Wirefly and Dennis
by gilgomez / April 13, 2006 8:30 PM PDT

Dennnis, the NCOA protection plan is a scam! I need help to replace a lost handset and can't seem to find anyone to help. I have written to customer service at Wirefly, complaining that NCOA is not responsive. I just received a replacement handset after a month of attempts from some outfit in Michigan with no paperwork, sim card, etc. I need help. When Wirefly sells the protection plan via their site I expect help from Wirefly since NCOA simply doesn't even pick up their phones. Can you please contact me? and I will provide you all the details of the order, claim to NCOA, etc. I also need my rebate for the handset, a Rzr for Cingular. Thanks.
