Constat Stream media

Hi everyone,
I got a problem. I'm using Tversity for streaming a radio station to my psp. But is only work when my pc is turned on. Is there a way to do it whitout my pc on? A other way to get a radio station on your psp?
I had a little idea but I don't now if this is possible. Maybe if you can run TVersity on a free hosting server ore something like that you can constantly stream your media even when the pc is turned off.
Anyone got some help for me?
