Constant Internet Timeouts

Oct 9, 2005 1:24AM PDT

Im currently using Time Warner Cable for Internet. In my house, Im using a linksys router. 2 computers are connected through an ethernet line, 1 is on wireless. Ive installed the router according to directions in the box. But the problem is, my computers are experiencing constant timeouts. Instant messenging will stop working every now and then. Downloads will just stop in the middle. Ive tried reinstalling the router and resetting it but the problem is still there. Can anyone offer any ideas?

If you need furthur info about my computers or my router, please ask.
