I have HD DirecTV now. In my attic, there are 4 cables "homerun" from the attic to the mechanical room in the basement. I was using 2 of them for HD DirecTV and one for an HD antenna located in the attic as well. Now we added DVR to the DirecTV receivers and require the use of all four coax cable if we want to be able to record a show on one channel and watch a show on another channel, at the same time.
My question is: can I simply install a coax multi-switch in the attic and consolidate, or trunk, the 4 cables down to 2 cables and free up the other two for other uses?
One of the best French door fridges we've tested
A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
