Creative

I would never get an iPod because they have pretty disappointing sound (not terrible, but far from the best).

Creative have excellent audio quality, probably second only to iAudio at the moment.

Depends on usage purposes...

Are you looking to use it as a purely music player or are you looking to do more videos? If you are going videos then take the Creative vision. If you are wanting a small capacity music player then there are others besides the nano.

I have always thought Creative was better than iPod in specs

and Sound quality. And now that the Vision: M is out, I think it beats the iPod all the way around, even in looks.
