On a different computer, download the WinsockXPFix tool from the link below, then burn it to a CD.. Transfer the file to the problem compute using the CD.. Once it's on the desktop of the problem computer, double click on the file to run it.. It should repair the Winsocks and allow the connection to continue.. Hopefully...
