I'm on a cable system DSL. It's on continuously, however from time to time the dial up connection "pops up" and after it does, say I want to go to a website, I get the connect/off line box, I hit connect and all is well. What's happening, and how can I stop it? Many thanks.
I use Windows XP on a dell laptop
