This is NOT a feature of this email system.

You can do ONE thing that will work but I decline to write a tutorial or a step by step. Ready?

-> On both machines configure them to "LEAVE MAIL ON SERVER."

Sorry, not an offer to tell you where this setting is. Why? I want you to do your research about it and what it does.

Forward All

Will a forwarding rule work for you? Just set a rule in Outlook to forward all mail that arrives on your account to your wife's account. If you are not on an Exchange mail server, then you would likely have to leave Outlook open to receive and forward mail through your computer.

If you are using Vista, use the following steps: In Outlook, go to Tools/Account Settings, click on Change, look down at the bottom right for More Settings, click. Click on the Advanced tab. At the bottom of the Advanced tab is an option which reads, "Leave a copy of messages on the server". Check the box to the left of this option. Follow the above steps on all concerned computers. Good luck and success with your business.

With outlook 2007 its difficult, The only option we have is to leave a copy of the message on the server and connection both the PCs with one server.
