I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue connecting to the Internet@TV options.
Try removing the LinkStick, changing your setting from "Wireless" to "Wired", and then back to "Wireless" again. Re-insert the LinkStick and go through your network settings again to see if that helps.
I have just purchased a Samsung TV with Internet@tv access and a dongle. I have tired to set up the network which says I am connected but I cannot access Internet TV. When I do network test I get the following response:-
'connecting to external device failed. Please contact your network service provider'
I have looked at other but as I am not an IT guru I do not understand a lot of what they are suggesting. I have a Netgear WGU624 router and have no problem accessing wireless network with Blackberry or Lap top.
