Question

Connecting samsung LE37D580 tv to internet

Hi
I have tried to connect tv with dongle WIS12ABGNX and gone thro the full routine.
Connection message says connected to internet for software upgrade .
Pc can see tv but when I scroll to PC on the TV it asks me to "check network connection"
help please.

Sorry for the inconvenience. But just so you know, if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So while I can't help you directly, if you want Samsung help, here's the Samsung UK portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/LE37D580K2KXXU

But we got a nice little community here that includes people from everywhere in the world, and they might have a few other suggestions to help you out.

Thanks but isnt this a generic problem ? I am connected to the internet but message says "for software upgrade" and tv says "check internet connection" and i know its connectedSteve
