Question

Connecting Roku to Home Theater

Dec 29, 2014 2:14AM PST

I purchased a Roku Streaming media player and I
need to be able to hook it up to my Sony Home
Stereo Unit.

The problem is that it is an older home entertainment system and it only has one imput jack for HDMI which
is for my TV and stereo system.

Is there any way for me to use a splitter so that I can
also plug the HDMI cord from my Roku to the home
theatre unit?

I find it hard to accept that the port is an input from your TV. We must be exact here as we sort out inputs and outputs.

While we know of HDMI audio splitters for older systems I don't want to share that quite yet. How about some model numbers?
