Connecting PS50c7000 via Ethernet Cable

Hi
I am trying to connect the tv via a ethernet cable to a modem/router, when I select auto setup it does not pick any digits for IP Address, Subnet mask, gateway ping and DNS....when I did it manually I entered all the info from the computer. The network test says everything is fine and connected..but when I turn on Internet@TV a window on the bottom says "connect to a internet and enjoy a variety of contents......" I aldo disabled the firewall and tried giving the modem the mac address of the tv....no luck connecting....

Any help will be appreciated....

What values do you have for the addresses?
