connecting pc to tv

by gdmartin71 / December 9, 2008 9:13 AM PST

I am a photographer and just bought a 32" tv to show proofs to clients. The tv will read jpg files but seems to put them into a slideshow automatically and won't allow me to use the remote to forward to the next image without a 10 second delay. Is there a way to connect my pc to the tv and go from there? The tv is in another room but within 50 feet of the computer. I need to be able to shuffle between images fairly rapidly.

I forgot to mention - You can probably get a bluetooth or RF multimedia remote with USB receiver from TD as well.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
