Challenging to most.

This requires the usual composite cable from PC to TV and then set the (non-HD) TV to that input and hope it works.

I find this setup too challenging for users today. Who today knows their machine well enough to tell the forum what control app is used to enable and configure their S-Video or composite video outputs? So few that I suggest you have it done for you.

I asked for it in my post.

Since you can't tell me what application you use to control the composite or TV or S-video output of your system, I see this is again a repeat of why it's too hard for most.

No one expects folk to know this. And often the documentation of the machine is no where to be found.

You lead off with a XP Computer but there was no such model made.
