Connecting a Dell Inspiron Laptop without HDMI Port to a TV

I would like to be able to connect my Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop to my TV, however the Laptop does not have an HDMI Port and the TV carries 3 RCA connection. I have tried the following:

but none seems to work .
What can you advise?
