I have just purchased a Sansung 6600 Smart TV and have been unable to connect to my network due to the WiFi signal where the TV is sighted almost non existant. I purchased a nework extender from Netgear and the TV will not connect to it. It sees the device when I go through setup but will not connect. If I use a LAN cable to it from the TV it works but then the Netgear is to close to the TV to effectual. It asks me to move the Netgear closer to my Router which is on a lower level of the house.
It is not practical to buy a long LAN cable and have it trailing around the floor.
Has anybody had experience with Wireless Extenders and Samsung TV or any any other device using such a technology
