Very few laptops accept power from those chargers. Just in case, try the old reset.
Remove all connections, remove the laptop battery and charger, then press and hold the power button for 60 seconds. Release, slip in the battery, apply the laptop charger and retest.
If that fails, get repair estimates.
Again, very few laptops accept power from USB. Don't do that.
Plugged 2 portable phone chargers to laptop by usb and now laptop won't turn back on even after letting it charge for hrs.
