you should check if us cellurar offers/ supports internet usage on the phone. if they do, you might have to pay them to "allow" your phone to be a modem even though it can quite easily do it without them. i had to pay for the data access line in my phone to get it to work. i have t mobile, with a sony ericsson phone, and bought the $10 net access on the phone. then after i was able to connect. it's a capped usuage but it's not the large data plans. hope this helps
1. My cellphone is attached to my laptop with a USB cable
2. I setup my cell as DEFAULT MODEM COM
3. Setup my dialup connection and selected: Modem Motorola USB (COM6)
As soon as the modem start to dial my ISP number I got the following message:Dialing 541-9564028,,,
Error 678: The remote computer did not respond.

Is that because US-Cellurar does not provide this type of connection?
Any Idea?
