connect to internet using my dreamcast thru a DSL conection?

can i connect to the internet using my dreamcast when i use verizion fios as my ISP (internet service provider)??????????
can i conect it to a fiberoptic modem, some how???
or even connect it to my pc and connect to the internet using my dreamcast through my pc, some how????
any help is good help please help me ill be very thankfull!!!!!!!!
