I'm searching for hours how to connect my video camera to the computer by USB, and I dont find where is the insertion of the usb in my camera. can you help me?

If you can post a link to the user manual (most likely at the sony site), somebody can have a look for you, if you can't find it yourself.

It's item 2 in the picture on page 137.

Easy to find 9a few minutfes) by searching for the string USB in my pdf-reader. Doesn't the pdf-reader you use have a search function? Then it's time to find a better one.

If the camera is different from what the user manual shows, then maybe it's another model?
Contacting Sony seems the best thing to do now, indeed.
