Never heard of such a device but it is theoretically possible. You are better off buying a booster which will connect to the Yagi. The booster acts as a repeater by using a small antenna inside the building that attaches to the booster. There are quite a few of these available depending on your cell provider. I have heard of putting two yagis back to back to extend a radio signal in a passive way. If you have another yagi you may be able to do this depending on where the mast is. Another trick may be to install an omni directional antenna inside the building and attach it to the the cable coming from the yagi. I have never tried this and don't know if you would need some kind of balancing on the antenna cable. Perhaps someone can enlighten us.
Suppose you have weak reception and have installed a large antenna (e.g., Yagi) on a 20-foot mast. You get tired of being tethered to that antenna/mast by a cable, but have no problem staying fairly close to it. Is there a device available to access the antenna via Bluetooth? If not, is such a device theoretically possible?
