connect my laptop to use the net on my PC via bluetooth

Hi guys i have a a PC which is connected to my ehternet modem where I connect to the Internet from and I have a USB bluetooth device on this PC
now i also have a laptop with an intergrated bluetooth in it.. Now i want to connect to my PC via bluetooth to use the internet on my PC on my laptop via the bluetooth network.. I think it can be done.. correct me of i'm worng I have been trying for the last half an hour now.. but it is not happening i dont know if im doing anything worng here..

well if you guys know how to config this please let me know
