Confussion

It seems that there is another DMB on the forum. On my end it's showing up as DMB14, which is NOT me! And no I am not a trojan
either...I've been a member since 2004!

I have asked questions on this forum and strangely enough haven't received an answer.

Just exactly what is a "Class" file? I have seen several in my computer and upon opening those files, there is nothing in them!
Also why would I keep getting the warning "Class Not Registered"?
Could I consider it safe to delete these empty files?

I don't participate very often on this website for help, because
I don't seem to get the help that I ask for. And a lot of times
when I do ask a question, the post does NOT go thru (it never gets
posted)!

Thanks for your attention in this matter.

Sincerely,
DMB

Ok...To make it more confussing, obviously I did NOT make my
first sentence clear enough.

Since there isn't any section to report identity theft on CNet, that
is why I posted on the "forum" section. I am DMB...Someone else
in the forums is impersonating me. Example: "DMB14". Now where
does that get reported?

Thanks in advance.

Hi DMB, this is a bug and your CNET account has not been
Jan 10, 2007 3:33AM PST

compromised.

As you already know, in your profile, under your post tab, users "dbb4dmb" and "DMB14" posts are being surfaced under your profile. This is a problem with our system where anyone who has a similar name to yours, their posts are being populated under your profile (notice both users have "dmb" in them.

Anyways our engineers are doing their best to resolve this issue. And we do apologize for the inconvenience and confusion.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
