Confusing AVIConverter

by jamienyeoh / September 15, 2007 3:14 AM PDT

I bought a Duraplus mp4 player and if I want to watch vidoes, I have to convert the file through a program that comes with it (AVIConverter 3.0). I don't understand how to use it... It doesn't covert certain files. It usually converts any avi file i input but i have this show that is also in AVI and it won't convert.

Can someone please teach me how to use the program? And how to get my that AVI format show to be converted so I can watch in my player?

Can you offer a Duraplus support web page?

Without it I can't see which video encoding to try. If there is no such page then you may have one of those famous China imports that are best left unpurchased.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
