so I have repeated it with some punctuation. Please read what i did to confirm this is what you meant;

I replace a new hard disk to asus FQ80 series and install a cd installation disk Windows Vista Basic, that I brought from a vendor, using the product key at the back of this laptop.

Now it keeps telling to activate. I try to call activation center but confirmation not match. Must I buy a genuine and new installation disk with a product key?

What is an ASUS FQ80?

Which vendor did you get this Windows Vista Basic CD from?

A genuine Windows Vista comes on a DVD not a CD so I am guessing what you brought was a fake.

In any case, that genuine Windows Vista Home Basic DVD should have the key on it's label.

I think someone owes you money!

What you need is the ASUS recovery disk(s).

You might be able to make it yourself from the old hard disk, quite a lot of laptops have 'make recovery disks' option somewhere in the Windows start menu or on the desktop.

If no luck with that, you might have to order them at their customer service.

Answer
You need the maker's restore media.

And the restore media will NEVER ASK for the "confirmation id."

If you research this you find folk asking why this "confirmation id" doesn't work with other versions of Windows DVDs. In short, it doesn't. This "confirmation id" is vendor locked and only Asus issued restore media may use it.
