When and how are you getting this error message? Is this an internal or external drive, and what is on there? What size is the disk, and how much free space do you still have on it?
I'm not sure what you mean by ghost programs, but freeing up space can be as easy as deleting any unwanted software applications and files. Can you tell us why you can't do that?

How do i configure or partition my second hard drive to utilize the space on it so that I am not getting the "low disk space" message all the time, and How can I do a really good cleaning of both drives, to eliminate ghost programs and free up space?
