Configuring Outlook 2003+ to handle multiple accounts

I'm sure I've run across this thread before, but I don't know how to get back to it. The question's been asked a number of times.

How can you configure Outlook (running under WinXP Home)to manage email account like Outlook Express does? You can have separate email account "identities" under Express that you can switch back and forth between. With Outlook, email for all accounts get dumped into one in-box.

One solution I read was to manage it through your XP log-ons, where each user log-on has its account assigned to that profile. I would prefer another solution, if one exists.

Outlook has rules to sort the mail. But this software doesn't do "identities." I strongly suspect Microsoft will drop this from OLEXP any day now. It has been problematic for years.
