configuring Mysql with php and Apach

I have already configured Apach and Php but am having problems to configure Mysql with the above,anyone with a step by step guide?

Define "to configure" ... you mean install/setup? If that's the case, MySQL has a documentation on their website http://dev.mysql.com/doc/ . If you need specific help setting up something, please be more specific about your problem.

I AM A NEWBIE I HAVE AN IIS TEST SERVER ON WINDOW 7 AND I HAVE AP

But all capital letters can turn off folk as it is considered shouting.

I do have a suggestion and that is to ease into such things slowly and step by step. Also sharing what the ONE ISSUE is would help others to help you along. Looking over your post I don't see any problems to solve.
