Configuring Firefox 1.0.3

Apr 19, 2005 2:26AM PDT

I am trying Firefox 1.0.3 and am a bit awed by the number of options available when I use the about:config entry into the program. I am presently using a posting by R. Proffitt dated 01/02/2005 to set program parameters, but I wonder if there are any more current that I should use. My surfing needs are about the norm, although access to banking web sites is important.

A Google search didn?t help much.

Firefox is presently installed on this WI-FI connected Win 98se and my daughters Win XP which is on a slow dial-up ISP.

Thanks

Give it time.

It may take a few months for articles to specify just 1.0.3.
