Win 7. Has anyone had issues--during setup--with PostBox Express identifying servers incorrectly, ie. gets the right server location but says belongs to another site?

PostBox Express setup update

After a fair bit of fiddling around PBeX is working okay...and I'm not quite sure why. Perhaps I (and the most recent tech on the case) just aligned the planets correctly. The server issue turned out not to be, but it took quite a while to learn that. Ultimately, I think it came down to the one-time entry of passwords, and resolving authentication error msgs, to make it work. Maybe. I generally like how it works, but it's a bit of an orphan. If I hadn't read of so many problems with other email programs, I might have chosen differently. If the planets align further, I'd probably spring for good 'ol Outlook, since I've used it, and predecessors, for longer than I can remember with zero problems.

On their site http://www.postbox-inc.com/ I see a lot of information (FAQ, Knowledgebase, step-by-step instructions) on the Support page., but their Contact Page doesn't seem to offer a contact option for technical questions and problems.

If all that information doesn't help and you're still in the 30-day trial period, maybe the conclusion is that this isn't the right product for you. Paying for a product if you can't reach the maker in case of problems doesn't seem a good idea.
